Horika Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Horika (the "App"), provided by me.linjun.Holka ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and App Store rules. The App does not require creating a separate in-app account; purchases and subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and managed by Apple.

2. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
• You may not use the App in a way that violates law, infringes others' rights, or disrupts App operation.
• You are responsible for your own content captured, edited, or shared through your device.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Products: The App may offer one-time purchases and auto-renewable memberships.
• Billing: All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
• Auto-renewal: Auto-renewable memberships renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to App Store rules.
• Manage or Cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change; Apple will handle notice and consent flow where required.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store refund policies.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and assets, is owned by the Developer or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
