These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Horika (the "App"), provided by me.linjun.Holka ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and App Store rules. The App does not require creating a separate in-app account; purchases and subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and managed by Apple.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, code, and assets, is owned by the Developer or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
